Question 1

What is the StanzaMia community?

Accepted Answer

StanzaMia is a verified housing platform for students, Erasmus participants, and interns who want to rent or swap homes more safely. It connects people through a structured and trusted student network.

Question 2

Is StanzaMia free for students?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Students can join and explore the core experience for free. The goal is to make studying abroad and mobility more accessible by reducing housing friction and cost.

Question 3

How do you verify users?

Accepted Answer

We verify identity and student status through a combination of account checks, university details, and platform review steps so members can interact with more confidence.

Question 4

Can I use it for an Erasmus semester?

Accepted Answer

Yes. StanzaMia is designed for Erasmus and similar exchange periods. You can list your current room and look for a reliable option in your destination city.

Question 5

What if I'm not the owner of the flat?

Accepted Answer

Many students rent rather than own. If your agreement allows subletting or temporary hosting, you can still use the platform responsibly and clarify the arrangement with the landlord or roommates.

Are there service fees?

Accepted Answer

The core experience stays accessible, while selected premium tools may be introduced for users who want extra support, visibility, or advanced matching features.
